Returns

At The Bohemian Corner, we understand that you may not be 100% happy with your order, which is why we are happy for you to return your unwanted item(s) for a store credit.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING

  • Your item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition
  • Must be returned within 10 business days from the day your order was received
  • Your item must NOT be jewellery or hair accessories (this is not accepted for health and safety reasons)*

*Jewellery and hair accessories will be accepted for return should they be deemed as faulty. More information available at the bottom of the page.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

  • Email sales@thebohemiancorner.com to receive a returns form
  • Please subject the email Return Request and quote your order number inside the email
  • Once you have received the returns form, fill it in and include it inside your parcel
  • Send your parcel to the address on the returns form

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please note that your return is for a STORE CREDIT only*
  • The store credit will be to the value of the item(s) returned only
  • Your store credit will NOT include any shipping fees paid by you
  • The Bohemian Corner does NOT cover the cost of shipping your return back to us
  • Returns can take 2-5 business days to be processed once they are received

* Store credit only does not apply to faulty or incorrect items. Please see below for this information.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or different to what you ordered, please email sales@thebohemiancorner.com
  • For faulty or incorrect items, The Bohemian Corner will offer you a Store Credit or Refund (including any original shipping fees paid)
  • Return shipping will be covered by The Bohemian Corner
  • Prior to returning your item, it will need to be deemed faulty or incorrect prior to a refund being provided and return shipping being covered
